stuart jones cv newsletter help

Writing your CV? Help is on hand. A CV is a ticket to a job interview. It is the first thing a potential employer sees of you, so it is vital that you present yourself in the best possible way.

Your CV needs to be letter-perfect, well organised, easy to read, to the point and up to date. And while there are some things that definitely need to be included, there are others that are best left out.

If you’d like help with writing your CV from scratch, or updating your existing CV, why not drop into the View to see Stuart on a Monday afternoon (any time between 1.00 and 3.00)? Or you can ring him on 700780.

Stuart is a former English teacher and has also worked as a manager in a large organisation, with responsibility for recruitment.

Interactive local map We are currently working on a fun interactive map. We want to place your old photos on a digital map so that people can browse through the area and see how it used to look "in the good old days".

For this to work we need your old photos from the area, we are available every weekday to meet with you and scan your pictures. Contact Tyron if you would like to submit some photos. It is also possible to add video/cine film and audio clips to the map and we'll be looking into this as well.
